We messed up how we uploaded our art, and then promptly went out of town. A support person got in touch and told me about the issue, but because I was on vacation, I couldn't do anything about it. In the meantime, the support person was able to fix our file for us and sent it to me for approval. So easy, so awesome! The buttons were waiting when we got home. Perfect and great!

Hello One Inch Round! I didn't deal with a "live person" so I can't speak to that because my entire experience was done on-line. I found the process to be simple, easy and intuitive and everything went smoothly from the first step to the last. I did appreciate you guys recognizing that I had placed a "side note" on my art (I didn't realize I didn't have to) and then you translated my note to your system assuring it would still be there. Thanks for that. The final product was awesome! I was so stoked when I opened the box... fair warning, I will be back for more buttons soon!!

You guys are awesome. I enjoy my experience every time I order. Its always very easy and very quick turn around. The proof approval process puts me at ease so I know exactly what I will be receiving.
The last time I order prior to this one, I needed my pins expedited because I was attending an event the following weekend and they made it the day I was leaving.

I had One Inch Round design a pin for me. They gave me three different designs and I chose what I liked best and made some modifications. The changes were made quickly and to my specifications.
