The processing and shipping of buttons was excellent - I have never been disappointed by the standard of the product! However your process of sending out information and invoicing has been frustrating. Even though it was clear who was creating the order this wasn't noted on your records and generic emails were sent to my colleague (Summer). If she had been on vacation I wouldn't have received any updates. You also gave the wrong contact name to UPS with the same result. The billing address was also incorrect, but had been correct on previous orders. While you were initially responsive to my request for a change to the invoice, the last email I sent with an amendment on 4/10 has not yet been responded to, so I can't have the invoice processed until the amendment is made. The reason I'm able to respond to this "How Did We Do?" is because in spite of repeated requests to amend the contact name this doesn't seem to have been communicated across all your systems so my colleague yet again forwarded the email! I was told that you are restricted to one contact name for a whole organization - I think given that any number of staff within an organization might place orders perhaps that can be changed - esp. if colleagues don't work next to each other or on different sites? Okay- rant over! I will continue to use 1"Round and recommend you because your product is so good...Sheena Boyd, The Walt Disney Family Museum
