I was very satisfied with the button except I thought when I ordered that they would be the same size as Turkey Shoot buttons I have ordered before. I was disappointed when they arrived as they were smaller than the buttons previously ordered which were 1-1/4 inch.

I appreciated scott reaching out with a personal commment. and billy was great to work with when I had some ordering issues. the final product is high quality, however the magnet packs were packaged incorrectly based on what I requested did not match the mockup I approved. not a huge deal but I wish I had gotten what I wanted.

Amazing experience! The photoshop template, while a little intimidating to a non-PS native like myself, really ensured that we were using high quality images for our pin. Your customer service representative (she was the only one working the day before Labor Day Weekend, didn’t catch her name) was extremely helpful in making sure our pins arrived on time. I was frustrated by the online order process because I was asked for payment before I loaded my images and then found I was unable to load my images with my phone so I couldn’t finish the order. However, when I emailed the contact for artwork the assistance was top notch. They got back to me promptly, I was able to email the images I wanted to use (with my phone,) and we went back and forth probably a dozen times with small tweaks on what I was looking for and ended up with buttons we love. We will certainly be ordering more.
