I don't have Photoshop or Illustrator, how can I send my custom artwork?

28 November 2013 by Kurt Halsey

If you're using Canva or another app that's okay as long as your artwork meets the basic requirements stated on the Artwork Guidelines page for custom buttons. To make a file on Canva, make sure the resolution is 600 DPI and save it as a flattened PDF. For best color printing, save it as a CMYK file.

If your design has text in it, be sure to rasterize it, or if in a vector file, convert it to outlines or paths. Designs that come to us with text still editable will change font and won’t print properly. Please embed any placed images.

Are you using Microsoft Word? If you're on a Mac, you can try saving your file as a PDF through the "Print to PDF" function native to Mac OS. Most of the time this will work and get us a usable file.

Still unsure if your artwork will work? Once you've placed your order, you're welcome to email your artwork to art@oneinchround.com and we'll make sure your files are good to go! Just reference your order number in the subject line or body of the e-mail.

If you haven't placed an order yet but want us to check your art file, just mention in your email what product and size you were hoping to order.
