I love you guys and I love the work you do, but this time around you took longer than usual and that kind of bummed me out. An order placed on a Sunday shouldn't take 9 days to get to me when I live in Seattle and shipping gets to me the next day. Your service this time around just wasn't consistent with what I've experienced in the past.
