The customer service is fantastic! Aubrey helped me over the phone and verified that they were able to produce my order and still ship ground service without rush charges. The online interface is easy to use and I love that you're informed every step of the way. I will definitely recommend One Inch Round to others and use them again in the future. Thank you!
