I paid for 3day delivery, but didn't get the buttons for a full 8 days. They were too late for my intended use. That bummed me out

We missed your event, but your order was shipped as promised and stated on your order. We have large charts in the checkout process and throughout our website explaining there's a 5 day production time + shipping transit time on button orders. When your order is placed, your order confirmation page shows a ship date, the day your order leaves our Portland warehouse, and once proofs are approved the scheduled delivery date right next to it. When a customer chooses 3 day shipping, what they're getting is delivery in 3 days after the order has been produced and shipped out.
This is extra sad because if we had known about your event deadline we could have made arrangements to make it happen. If you order from us again and have a deadline please don't hesitate to contact us! We like to make things happen for our customers.
