Return Policy: All sales

Order Content Submitted to One Inch Round:

TO AN ORDER CAN ONLY BE GUARANTEED WITH A POSTING TO THE COMMENTS SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
SECTION OF THE ORDER SUMMARY.
Any and all information submitted to One Inch Round by the customer
is certified to be true and accurate including but not limited to
shipping & billing information, email information, order content, and contact information.
We can not be responsible for any errors in spelling, language,
color schemes, digital artwork, or any other order variables due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Any request for changes or innacuracies discovered by the customer after
an order has been submitted must be made by phone and confirmed in writing
with a posting added to the "Comments/Special Instructions" section of
the order summary by a One Inch Round representative.
All Artwork Submissions / Copyright and Trademarks:
By
submitting artwork to One Inch Round the customer certifies that they
are the creator, rightful owner, or is authorized under license or
similar written permission for use of any trademarked or copyrighted
logos or other properties contained within their art. The customer
assumes full responsibility for any legal actions taken against or
damages caused to One Inch Round including, but not limited to, reasonable
attorneys fees and all court costs.
EZ Design © Artwork Proofs:
Any customer who requests or receives a .PDF or .JPG proof file by E-mail
or online posting must send an approval of their artwork within 48 hours
online or via E-mail to art@oneinchround.com . Requests for any changes
necessary to any artwork proof must be made in writing. Non correspondence
by the customer after 48 hours will be deemed an approval and may
be sent into production at our discretion. While we check all artwork
proofs to the best of our ability, we can not be responsible for spelling,
language, color combination, or other errors after a proof has been
approved by the customer. Since everybody's computer monitor settings
can vary, One Inch Round can not guarantee any exact color matches
to the colors that preview on any monitor.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates & Shipping Policy:
Guaranteed Delivery Dates must be arranged in advance by phone and confirmed
in writing with a posting added to the "Comments/Special
Instructions" section of the order summary by a One Inch Round representative.
One Inch Round guarantees that your order will ship on time to meet your specified delivery
date. If your order arrives late due to the sole fault of One Inch
Round you can return your order for a full refund or you can keep
your buttons and we will refund the shipping charges you paid plus
15% of the order total. If your order is late due to the fault
of the carrier, (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.) we will refund your shipping
charges.
Claims Policy:
All claims must be made within 10 days of the postmarked order ship
date and are subject to approval by One Inch Round. To submit a claim,
all buttons in question must be mailed back to One Inch Round at the
customer's expense for approval. Claims made citing poor print quality
resulting from use of customer supplied artwork that does not meet
the requirements described on our Artwork Guidelines page of this
site will not be honored. Poor quality artwork makes poor quality
buttons. One Inch Round reserves the right to cancle or stop the production of any
order that it does not feel meets our artwork quality standards. To take this
step is ultimately in the customer's best interest.
Approved Claims:
If your order was made improperly due to the sole fault of One Inch
Round, the buttons in question will be replaced and shipped to the
customer free of charge and a credit will be issued for the return
ground postage paid by the customer.
Canceled Orders:
A 10% order cancellation fee will be applied to any electronic payment
refunds due on canceled orders. Any order that has started production
or has already shipped may not be canceled.
Use of This Website & Trademark Information:
One inch Round® is a registered trademark and protected under
United States Law.
All materials contained in this Web site including images, illustrations,
designs, icons, photographs, written, other materials that appear
as part of this Site, and the selection and arrangement there of are
copyrighted works of One Inch Round®, collectively, the "Contents".
The Site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all
worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned,
licensed to, or used with permission by One Inch Round.
The Contents of this Site*, and the Site as a whole, are intended
solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of
merchandise or services from this site) use by the users of this Site.
You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials
displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title
